Fordia mourns the passing of its founder Clément Paquet

Clément Paquet, the founder of Canadian manufacturer Fordia, passed away on December 24, 2020 aged 87. His loss is mourned not only by the entire staff of Fordia but also by the countless professionals he has helped, inspired or worked with throughout his career.

Clément founded Fordia in 1977 by offering the market superior quality products and truly personalized customer service. Clement’s granddaughter, Sara Paquet, the Senior Director of Global Sales at Fordia. She proudly commemorated the legacy of her grandfather:

‘He was an entrepreneur with a heart of gold. He was able to touch those around him through his sincere willingness to be in contact with everyone. His family, colleagues and partners will remember him as a fair, sensitive, cultured and loving man’.

Mr Paquet will remain in the thoughts of the entire staff of Coring Magazine and we would like to extend our condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
